How does your service work?

We made the whole process extemely easy!

1. Browse you calalog and place an order via our store

2. As soon as we recieve your order, we will purchase your items and deliver them to you.

You don't have to worry about anything. We will personally purchse your item(s) directly from the outlet/boutique, thoroughly inspect them, carefully package and prepare all necessary shipping and customs documentation.

Do you charge a service fee?

All of the prices on our webstie already have our service fee included.

The service fee covers sourcing you item(s), purchasing, inspecting goods, packaging your item(s) and preparing all necessary shipping and customs documentation.

Do all photos on the website belong to you?

Absolutely! Unlike other stores that prefer white background photography we take pride in taking our own live photos so that you, the customer, can see how the item looks in real life, on the model.

How do I know the products are brand new and authentic?

All of our items are brand new and 100% authentic and are purchased directly from brands/boutiques.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Can I place a bulk-order?

If you would like to place a bulk order simply reach out to us via our contact from specifying the producs and quanities and we will get back to you withing 24 hours.

Can I purchase items that are not available on your webstie?

Absolutely! We are adding new products and brands to Outletta on a daily basis. Nonetheless if you don't see the item you looking for on our website simply reach out to us via our contact form for a free custom quote.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

How long will it take for my order to arrrive?

It usully takes 1-7 business days for the goods to arrive at our facility from the store. If your adress is within the US, shipping time is 5-8 business days for Economy or 1-3 business days if you choose USPS Priority Mail. International time is generally 3-15 business days, depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped out, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can monitor your package while in transit.

Do you have free shipping?

Yes! If you order is more than 150$ you will see FREE Ecconomy shipping option. This offer valid only for domestic orders.

Will I have to pay custom duties or import taxes?

This depends on which items you're buying and what country you are shipping it to.
