ONLINE RETURN POLICY:
Here at Outletta, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Should there be any reason something isn't right, simply return it back to our Miami return hub within 30 days from purchase.
Please note it is upon the sender to pay for return shipping. We recommend shipping your return with tracking to ensure it makes it back to us, otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund on your item(s).
HOW TO REFUND YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE:
1. Ensure your item(s) meet our return policy:
- Item(s) were purchased from our online store www.outlettausa.com
- Item(s) are unworn/unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached and all original tags included. (Outletta reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise).
- Items(s) are within 30 days of purchase
- Item(s) are not Clearance. (Unfortunately Clearance items cannot be returned or refunded).
2. Email outlettausa@gmail.com with your name, order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.
3. Once authorized, the team will provide you with a return address & return form.
4. Place the item(s) you're returning into a safe and secure parcel along with your completed return form.
5. We suggest using a trackable service to ensure that your goods arrive safely and securely.
6. Once we receive your request, our team will asses and process within 2-5 business days. Please note that refunds can take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.
Should you have a faulty item please email outlettausa@gmail.com with a picture of your item.
EXCHANGES:
If you'd like to exchange for new size, color, product - we recommend placing a new order for a replacement item. Our inventory changes often and select sizes and colors may sell out. Follow instructions above to initiate the return. Once we receive and process your return, we will credit the original form of payment.
CLEARANCE is our only exception: no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
